Here’s information on how to apply for fingerprinting service to satisfy the licensing requirement for many popular professions. A completed authorization form may be required to receive fingerprinting service for Illinois licensure. Please check with your requesting agency with questions about licensing forms. If we verify that your prints have been processed and your requesting agency has not received a response from the Illinois State Police (ISP), you can contact the ISP for an update. You must have the Transaction Control Number from your receipt
