On behalf of the Accurate Biometrics team, I want to thank you for trusting us with your fingerprint-based background check needs.
During this Covid-19 pandemic, the #1 priority of Accurate Biometrics has been, and continues to be, the well-being and health of our employees and customers. We have taken extraordinary safety measures to accomplish this priority. Our ProtectTouch pledge guides our efforts to ensure sanitization, personal protective equipment, and social distancing are maintained to the highest standards.
We continue to closely monitor the progress of this virus and follow the advice and recommendation of the CDC. Our organization is taking appropriate measures to comply and adapt as necessary.
We request of all customers to please wear a mask before entering our office and abide by all social distancing requirements and postings.
Our team is committed to providing a safe and clean environment for our customers. We increased our cleaning frequency, modified our fingerprint capture process, and made other operational and technical changes to further reduce the risks of coronavirus transmission. All our locations remain open for fingerprint collection and our home office customer service and administrative capabilities remain at 100%.
For educational customers requiring licensing, we will offer alternative solutions for onsite visits. Scheduling of nursing home onsite visits are subject to their policies and guidelines for the coronavirus.
We are advising applicants that if they are symptomatic with any signs of the flu, to please return for fingerprinting after they are fully recovered.
For the most up-to-date information on the COVID-19 outbreak, please refer to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and/or your local county public health agencies; those residing in Chicago area can look to IL Dept of Public Health and Cook County Dept of Public Health for additional local information.
At the center of our company’s purpose is a commitment to protect our communities, and it’s something we take to heart in good times and bad. Therefore, we have worked hard to keep our office locations open so we can be there to provide uninterrupted service.
Thank you for your support and loyalty. We will continue to monitor the progress of the coronavirus and keep you updated throughout this dynamic situation. We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.
