Accurate Biometrics takes the recent rise in U.S. cases of the coronavirus (otherwise known as COVID-19) and its related implications very seriously. As such, we want to ensure the well-being of our employees and customers.
We are closely monitoring the progress of this virus and following the advice and recommendation of the CDC. Our organization is taking appropriate measures to adapt to this rapidly evolving risk.
Our team is committed to providing a safe and clean environment for our customers. We increased our cleaning frequency, modified our fingerprint capture process, and made other operational and technical changes to further reduce the risks of coronavirus transmission.All our locations remain open for fingerprint collection and our home office customer service and administrative capabilities remain at 100%.
For educational customers requiring licensing, we will offer alternative solutions for onsite visits. Scheduling of nursing home onsite visits are subject to their policies and guidelines for the coronavirus.
We are advising applicants that if they are symptomatic with any signs of the flu, to please return for fingerprinting after they are fully recovered.
